The chairman of EnBar, V.C. Odo, led a courtesy visit to the Attorney General of Enugu State, accompanied by new executive members of EnBar. The visit aimed to introduce the new team, commend the Attorney General’s administration and leadership, and discuss pressing matters.

- *Empty Treasury*: EnBar’s bank account is empty, hindering the completion of the bar center, a crucial project for their meetings.
- *Call for Assistance*: EnBar requested state government assistance to complete and furnish the building, ensuring its profitable use.
*Provision of Seats*: The comfort of members was a concern, and EnBar requested the provision of seats at the bar center.
*Fiat Policy*: The normalization of fiat policy was discussed, and the Attorney General assured that it has already been done, especially regarding malicious damage to property.
– *NEC Meeting*: The next NEC meeting is scheduled to take place in Enugu next month, serving as a test run for the 2026 AGC hosting
 *Stenographer Training*: Longhand stenographers are currently undergoing training, and their impact will be felt in the Enugu judiciary from next year.
 *Bank Establishment*: V.C. Odo solicited the establishment of a bank in the High Court premises to alleviate lawyers’ stress during filing processes.
*Meeting with Governor*: V.C. Odo requested the Attorney General’s assistance in facilitating a meeting with the governor to address pressing judiciary issues.
